x-well® VAV residential ventilation box
Fresh air on every floor.
When several apartments are served by one central residential ventilation unit, the x-well residential ventilation box ensures that each apartment receives the required air flow. It enables level selection (with the optional T-EP operating element) and supports demand-regulated control thanks to the humidity sensor that is installed as standard.
