Decentralised residential ventilation without heat recovery
With its variety of decentralised systems, Kermi enables controlled residential ventilation to be installed quickly and easily in any building. With the aid of core drilling, the cost-effective ventilation systems can be used for renovation projects and new builds alike. In this example, an installation brick is being used.
x-well ALD13
The outer wall air vent featuring a designer inner panel, with an integrated ISO coarse 60 % (G4) filter and a closing flap.
The ALD 13 is used to provide natural ventilation in residential buildings. Excellent sound insulation values are achieved thanks to the integrated sound absorbers. What’s more, the ALD 13 also serves as an inlet for the supply air when used in conjunction with extract air systems according to DIN 18017-3.
Our exclusive flow-optimised external covers are available in Black, White, and Stainless Steel.

This entry-level model is available with an external cover and inner panel made of plastic.
The ALD 11 is used to provide a controlled and natural flow of supply air in residential buildings. Excellent sound insulation values are achieved thanks to the integrated soundproofing elements.
