This is how it works:
The only thing you have to do as a private customer:
Submit the invoice from your KERMI specialist partner online within three months of the initial operation of your heat pump and you will receive your personalised warranty certificate.
This will cover you for all warranty claims for the next seven years.
This is how you organise everything for the free warranty and service package for your customers - quickly and easily:
1st registration
Register the planned system and the expected commissioning date online.
You will receive an individual voucher code for the subsequent activation of the free warranty and service package.
2. activation
Once installation is complete, request initial operation of the heat pump by KERMI.
To do this, use the voucher code you received when you registered and let us know your preferred date.
The KERMI service team will take care of the rest!
3. issuing the invoice
If you have activated the warranty and service package, your customer can apply for their personal warranty certificate online with the invoice for the heat pump.
The warranty and service conditions
- Factory commissioning is carried out by KERMI customer service
- The heat pump must be connected to the online remote maintenance system during initial operation
- The heating system must be implemented with KERMI components (heat pump incl. storage and pumps etc.) and the hydraulics must be approved by KERMI
- Warranty services only apply to KERMI products
- The warranty package is only available in Germany.
The free warranty and service package applies to heat pumps in the dynamic and dynamic pro series. The dynamic pro S/M/L models and drinking water heat pumps are excluded.
