Benefit from a subsidy of up to 70% - consisting of a 30% basic subsidy and an additional climate bonus of 20% for owner-occupiers. 30 Years of Kermi Bathroom Radiators
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of our bathroom radiators, colorful is becoming our favorite color! New Specialist Partner Search: Now Specifically for Heat Pumps
We've launched a new specialist partner search specifically for heat pumps. The key difference from the existing search is that it only displays partners in your desired region who specialise in heat pump consultation and installation. You can find this new search function in the menu (navigation) under Service - Find Specialist Partners for Heat Pumps.
Apply Now for the Maximum Subsidy Rate for Heating System Replacements
Since February 27, 2024, homeowners choosing to convert to a climate-friendly heating alternative can apply for the corresponding funding directly from KfW. Up to 70% total funding is possible.
As of now, private individuals who own existing, owner-occupied (main or sole residence) single-family homes in Germany are eligible to apply. Applications are also expected to be possible from May 2024.
