App functions
The intuitive Kermi x-center app guides installers step by step through the initial operation of the x-net controller via Bluetooth. From configuring the control modes to testing the function of the components - everything is done digitally. The automatically generated commissioning log is used for direct documentation, can be printed out and can also be used as a template for other projects. During operation, the app enables monitoring, time programmes and remote access via a web portal.
KERMI x-net home station pro E
The Kermi x-net home station pro E stands for efficient direct heating and hygienically safe hot water preparation in a continuous flow system. Thanks to its intelligent electronic control, thermally optimised construction method and innovative plug connections, it is efficient, durable and safe & secure. The degree of pre-assembly of the entire station, including the underfloor heating manifold, significantly reduces installation time. In addition, the modular design means that the individual components can be ordered and installed according to the construction schedule. This offers financial predictability and hygienic safety & security even before initial operation.
Hot water heating function
Thanks to the efficient flow principle and control via precise stepper motors tested for durability, the station delivers hygienic hot water with maximum temperature stability, even with fluctuating flow temperatures.
The system reacts to changes at lightning speed, prevents limescale deposits and actively saves energy thanks to the immediate flow shut-off after tapping. Thanks to daily zero-point calibration, the control remains accurate and reliable for years. Thanks to the just-in-time heating of the drinking water using the continuous flow principle, legionella testing is no longer necessary if the three-litre rule is observed.
Heating function
The home station is available with a static or mixed heating circuit and thus offers maximum flexibility. Various control modes (outdoor, room temperature or fixed value) can be configured for the mixed heating circuit via the x-net controller. An electronic mixing control with stepper motor ensures precise flow temperatures and limits the return temperature at the same time. Integrated safety features such as a 55 °C temperature monitor and two low-noise differential pressure regulators guarantee safe and quiet operation. An optional radiator set enables the direct connection of a radiator to the high temperature connection of the home station. This means that the bathroom radiator can also be operated at a higher temperature level and therefore higher output when panel heating is used.
