In the new geriatric rehabilitation centre at Medical Park Bad Feilnbach, regaining independence is the optimal desired outcome of treatment. Since the end of 2022, geriatric patients have been able to take advantage of treatment tailored to their needs. This includes special full-body trainers with a sitting function or a therapy staircase. The room structure with ward-based care makes it easy to find your way around the specialist clinic. The patient rooms with around 80 beds are both comfortable and barrier-free, integrated with practical solutions for the medical staff.

The bathroom and steel panel radiators from KERMI, consisting of Casteo, Basic-50, Verteo and therm-x2 plan compact radiators, fit perfectly into the rehabilitation concept.

Comfortable warmth and maximum comfort

Assisted living Raunheim

In Raunheim, Hesse, a total of 61 senior flats have been built across four buildings as part of the "Assisted Living" concept. People, some of whom require nursing care, are thus offered the opportunity to master their lives largely independently even in old age.

Due to the special needs of the residents in terms of heat distribution, the planners and client opted for a 3,600 m² underfloor heating system
(x-net C11 knob system) from KERMI. Comfortable warmth and maximum comfort are thus elementary components of the living concept.
