What’s more, clever control also means: savings. x-net controls are available in two product lines to cater for specific requirements.
This is how the smart control works:
The room thermostats and the switch actuator are connected to one another via your home network. The x-net underfloor heating/cooling can be controlled at any time via the user screen using a tablet, smartphone, laptop, or PC – whether from work, while driving back from holiday, or on the sofa.
Standard control
With the standard x-net control, the panel heating/surface cooling can be controlled really easily for each individual room in line with demand. The room controllers are available with or without a display, and also as a flush-mounted variant. Wired with electrical installation cable 5 x 1.5 mm².

- Quick, secure, and flexible installation in the manifold cabinet using the pre-assembled x-net quick fix set for magnetic surfaces.
- Strain relief and overload protection integrated
- For a maximum of 6 x-net room temperature controllers
- Optional: terminal strip plus – with pump switch-off
Terminal strip flex plus
- Connection unit for connecting the room temperature controller of the x-net standard control to the x-net actuators and EGO variable speed drives.
- With rotary switches for variable assignment of all variable speed drives/actuators to the room temperature controllers. Quick, safe, and flexible installation in the manifold cabinet using the pre-assembled Kermi x-net quick fix set for magnetic surfaces.
- 8 room temperature controllers and 12 variable speed drives/actuators can be connected
Control strip pro plus
- Connection and control unit for connecting the room temperature controller from the x-net standard control to the x-net actuators. With integrated, automatic hydraulic balancing. The intelligent control characteristic ensures that the connected actuators are controlled in line with demand. TÜV certified, qualifies for the BEG subsidy for efficient buildings, meets the requirements of the German Buildings Energy Act (GEG). Heating and cooling functions provided via commercially available 230 V heating room controllers by inverting the controller signal in cooling mode. Quick, secure, and flexible installation in the manifold cabinet using the pre-assembled x-net quick fix set for magnetic surfaces.

x-net ready line
Everything sorted with a single click. Thex-net ready line plus and x-net ready line EGO pluscontrol units create space for cable entry, save valuable time on the construction site, and – because they are already wired to the terminal strip – can be installed with a single click.
With x-net ready line EGO plus, hydraulic balancing is completed in a flash as well. Normally closed with a folding lever for unscrewing the thermostatic valve with ease or opening it manually without current. With an integrated flow temperature limiter. A room temperature controller from the x-net standard control is required for the variable speed drive to work.
x-net ready line plus
Fully wired Kermi flex plus terminal strip with Kermi 230 V x-net actuators and Kermi x-net quick fix set for quick installation in the x-net manifold cabinets. The actuators are wired in the terminal strip in accordance with VDE requirements, coded to prevent mix-ups, and secured with strain relief. The LED function indicator on the terminal strip and the function and control indicators on the actuators allow you to check – quickly and safely – whether they are working properly.

x-net ready line EGO plus
Fully wired Kermi flex plus terminal strip with Kermi 230 V x-net EGO variable speed drives and Kermi x-net quick fix set for quick installation in the x-net manifold cabinets. The variable speed drives are wired in the terminal strip in accordance with VDE requirements, coded to prevent mix-ups, and secured with strain relief. Heating and cooling
The Kermi x-net comfort control for heating/cooling provides the highest level of operating comfort and control quality with energy savings of up to 20 %.
It’s so easy to make the settings you want – whether directly on the wall-mounted room thermostat at home or while out and about using a tablet or smartphone connected to the Internet. The x-net comfort control is completely future-proof because it has all the features required for heating and/or cooling systems, whether you opt for the wireless or the wired variant (2-wire bus protected against polarity reversal).
