x-net® C21 wall system plaster system

Enjoy greater flexibility.

The x-net C21 wall heating plaster system is the optimal form of panel heating/surface cooling for plastered wall surfaces.

Optimal panel heating/surface cooling for plastered wall surfaces. Panel heating is definitely the right choice when the priority is to keep system temperatures low while ensuring the optimum level of comfort in living areas or rooms that serve a similar purpose. Depending on the situation, wall heating is a great alternative or an ideal supplement to underfloor heating. It can be used when the floor coverings have a high level of thermal resistance (e.g. in the case of wooden flooring), if the existing floor coverings are to be retained during refurbishment, or if – for example – the underfloor heating in the bathroom is not powerful enough.

The x-net C21 wall heating plaster system is the perfect panel heating/surface cooling solution for rooms with plastered walls. The normal types of plaster are: gypsum, lime, lime-gypsum, gypsum-cement or cement-based plaster as well as clay plaster.

  • Radiant heat
  • Low flow temperatures
  • Minimal pipe covering ensures a quick response

  • Heating and cooling
  • The pipe dimension of 14 x 2 mm means that wall areas measuring up to 10 m² can be occupied by an individual heating circuit
  • Reliable venting due to the pipe dimension of 14 x 2 mm
  • Single connection or connection to the heating circuit manifold in the Tichelmann system
  • Easy-to-handle MKV composite pipe that is 100 % oxygen diffusion-proof
  • Pipe run of the fully installed wall heating can be made visible with x-net thermofoil
  • Universally adaptable to wall areas of any shape
  • Structural thickness of only approx. 25 mm from the unfinished solid wall to the plaster surface (depending on how flat the unfinished solid wall is and on the plaster used)
  • Suitable for all usual plaster types

Plug connectors for the x-net C21 wall heating plaster system allow the elements to be connected without tools.

The rail ends with plug connectors allow the one-metre pieces to be connected in a straight line without tools to create the required length.

The x-net C21 wall heating plaster system is attached to the wall using screws or masonry nails.

Attached to the wall using screws or masonry nails. The self-adhesive strip on the back makes installation easier by fixing the rail in place.

Can be freely positioned for optimal hold, e.g. in a brick joint. Connection bridges made of impact-proof plastic prevent splitting when masonry nails are knocked in.

The MKV composite pipe without restoring forces can be laid flexibly around wall fittings, such as electrical sockets.

The horizontal pipe layout makes plastering easier. The low construction height allows plaster thicknesses starting from 25 mm. This generally does away with the need for special sizes, e.g. around door frames and window sills.

Pipe bends installed “in loops” on the panel do not make contact with the screed slab. In the case of thin-layered floor structures, this prevents sound transmission and mechanical damage to the pipe.
