x-net® C14 industrial panel heating

Efficient heat – perfect for large areas with high loads.

x-net C14 industrial panel heating, perfect for large areas with high loads.

For heated and cooled hall floors. The x-net industrial panel heating is used in concrete floor structures that are constructed without floating screed and have good thermal coupling between their supporting layer and their top layer. The water-conducting pipe registers are embedded in the lower part of the supporting layer in the concrete and, due to the installation conditions there, are designed with larger pipe dimensions than those found in conventional underfloor heating systems with heating screed. Industrial panel heating is perfect for heating large halls in the winter but also for cooling them with cold water in the summer. x-net C14 industrial panel heating can be designed with different pipe fixing systems, depending on how the concrete floor is constructed. The x-net clamping rail is used for fixing pipes when no suitable construction steel reinforcement is available; the x-net cable tie is used when the pipe registers can be fastened directly to on-site reinforcement steel meshes.

Advantages

x-net C14 industrial panel heating

Energy efficiency:

  • Low flow temperatures for:
    • Efficient heat generators, including waste heat recovery from production processes, solar heat, heat pumps, etc.
    • Optimal heat generation efficiency
  • Reduction in transmission heat losses through the roof area thanks to even and vertical temperature distribution

Comfort:

  • Even heating of the entire floor area
  • Lower room air temperature compared to convection or fan heating
  • Cosy radiant heat
  • Minimum air movement in the room without dust dispersion and creating a draught
  • Can be used to remove heat loads continuously, e.g. in the summer, during operation with cold water

Further benefits of industrial panel heating

  • Allows unrestricted use of the hall by keeping the space completely clear
  • Maintenance-free panel heating system and low operating costs
  • Quick and simple installation due to:
    • Adjustable installation bracket for the industrial panel heating manifold
    • x-net pipe dispenser for ergonomic pipe handling
  • Can be used with many types of concrete, such as reinforced steel concrete, prestressed concrete, vacuum concrete, fibre-reinforced concrete
  • Professional planning support as well as on-site support

Pipe installation with a systematic approach and an industrial panel heating manifold

x-net C14 industrial panel heating, pipe installation with a systematic approach and an industrial panel heating manifold.

The pipe registers for x-net C14 industrial panel heating can be adjusted as desired. Meanders or double meanders are the usual layout pattern but other patterns can be easily implemented as well.

The x-net installation bracket provides a secure and flexible means of fastening the industrial panel heating manifold. The large height and depth adjustment range ensures optimal alignment of the industrial panel heating manifold.

The x-net clamp ring screw connection makes it possible to connect pipe dimensions of 20 x 2 mm and 25 x 2.3 mm to the existing manifold outlets with ¾" external thread and eurocone.

The 80 mm connection spacing of the x-net industrial panel heating manifold reduces the pipe density in the manifold area, thereby ensuring temperature distribution through the concrete that is as uniform as possible.
