Underfloor heating for wet screed. The x-net tacker system features energy-saving and efficient low-temperature technology to ensure a cosy indoor climate throughout the year. It also offers great flexibility and installation freedom. Together, those benefits make it the ideal solution for controlling surface temperatures in residential and commercial areas. The optimum liquid screed properties and innovative features that we have developed in-house – such as our special x-net tacker technology – ensure really fast and efficient installation and pipe anchoring that is 100 % secure.

Tacker insulation

Kermi x-net C12 tacker roll is available in various insulation thicknesses.

x-net C12 tacker roll in different insulation thicknesses with a coverage of up to 15 m². For use in large to medium-sized rooms.

Kermi x-net C12 tacker insulation can be easily cut to the required size.

Simple cutting of fitted pieces and minimal waste because leftover pieces can also be used. Screed-tight panel connections can be established using leftover pieces, without overlap and using x-net adhesive tape.

Kermi x-net C12 tacker insulation adhesive technology.

When using cement screed, it is sufficient to use the 3 cm wide overlap of the anchor woven foil – no gluing required.

Kermi x-net C12 tacker insulation made of highly tear-resistant woven fabric.

The laminated anchor woven foil covers the entire surface of the insulation. It consists of highly tear-resistant woven fabric with a PE overlay, which includes a printed 5.5 cm installation grid.

With their high retention strength, Kermi x-net C12 pipe anchors are truly impressive.

The impressive x-net C12 pipe anchors feature a high retention strength and have a rounded external contour for effectively deflecting external forces. Each pipe anchor has six flexible barbs, which expand under the film to form a large support surface. This reliably prevents the pipe anchor from being pulled out. The optimal interlocking of the pipe anchors under the film ensures that pipes are held securely close to the surface.

x-net 5-layer PE-Xc pipe

Printed marks on the pipe indicate the remaining length and pipe length already used, allowing optimal utilisation of pipe coils.

Because of their high level of flexibility, the Kermi x-net 5-layer PE-Xc pipes allow tight bending radii while ensuring low restoring forces.

The high flexibility allows tight bending radii and reduces the restoring forces in pipe bends.

Kermi x-net 5-layer PE-Xc pipes and pipe connectors tested according to DIN 4726 and DIN EN ISO 15875.

Pipes and pipe connectors according to DIN 4726 and DIN EN ISO 15875 are tested and monitored regularly by an accredited independent testing institute.
