No matter what the heat source – Kermi x-net home stations provide every apartment with hot, clean water and a comfortable room temperatures thanks to panel heating.
x-net home stations by Kermi in multi-family houses ensure hygienic domestic water heating according to the continuous flow principle and efficient heat supply using an integrated underfloor heating manifold and direct heating circuit.
The special panel embossing of the heat exchanger makes for 10 % better heat transfer. Thanks to the 30 % less pressure loss in the heat transfer, you can save 5 % pump energy.
Thanks to the modular design, the separate components are assembled and installed in real time commensurate with the construction cycle. Fouling or loss of the individual components are minimised as a result.
Kermi x-net home station for direct heating and hygienically safe hot water generation with a control valve without auxiliary energy in the flow system. Installed on a thermally insulated base plate for flush- or surface-mounted installation. Piping made of stainless steel, dezincification-free fittings, all connections are made inside of the station with innovative plug-in connectors. One adapter each is integrated into the station for the heat flowmeter and the cold water input meter. All fittings, screw connections, and components meet the water qualities requirement of AGFW (Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Wärme- und Heizkraftwirtschaft e.V.) data sheet 510 and of VDI 2035.
Thanks to the integrated TPC-M differential pressure controller ancillary hydraulic balancing is dispensed with.

Kermi tip: separate ordering for each stage of the installation thanks to the modular design
When components are lost, stolen, or fouled, even before they are actually used, it can get expensive. And it costs time. Consequently, we offer practice-oriented ordering commensurate with the progress of the construction work.
