The room control units with or without display in the cable connected or radio version are installed on the wall in the respective room.
The room thermostats and the switch actuator are connected to one another via your home network. The x-net underfloor heating can be controlled at any time via the user mask, a tablet, smartphone, laptop or, PC – whether from work, while driving back from holiday, or on the sofa.

Installation position: The switch actuator and actuators are installed in the x-net underfloor heating/cooling distribution cabinet.

The Kermi x-net comfort controller for heating/cooling provides the highest level of operating comfort and control quality with energy savings of up to 20 %. Quite simply using the room thermostat on the wall at home or via the Internet while out and about using a tablet or smartphone. The x-net comfort control is future-proof by being completely equipped for heating and/or cooling systems, both in the wireless and cable-connected version (protected against polarity reversal 2-wire bus).
