Benefits

Tacker insulation

x-net C12 tacker folding plate with a manageable 2 m² per plate. Perfect for small rooms.
Kermi x-net C12: installation of tacker roll
x-net C12 tacker roll in different insulation thicknesses with a coverage area up to 15 m². For use in large to medium-sized rooms.
Kermi x-net C12: fitting pieces easy to cut
Simple cutting of fitted pieces, and minimal waste as leftover pieces are also used. Screed-separating panel connections can be made using leftover pieces, without overlap and using x-net adhesive tape.
Kermi x-net C12: 3cm wide overlapping projection of the anchor woven foil
When using cement screed, it is sufficient to use the 3 cm wide overlap of the anchor woven foil - no gluing required.
Kermi x-net C12: anchor woven foil laminated to insulation
The anchor woven foil covering the entire surface of the insulation is made up of highly tear-resistant band fabric with PE overlay, including printed 5.5 cm installation grid.
Kermi x-net C12: pipe anchor with high holding force and rounded outer contour
The x-net C12 pipe anchor is impressive with its high retention strength and rounded external contour for effectively deflecting external forces. Six flexible barbs per pipe anchor expand under the film and form a large support surface. This reliably prevents the pipe anchor from being pulled out. The optimal interlocking of the pipe anchors under the film ensures that pipes are held securely close to the surface.

x-net 5-layer-PE-Xc pipe

Kermi x-net C12: pipe inscription indicates remaining length and pipe length already used
Printed marks on the pipe indicate the remaining length and pipe length already used, allowing optimal utilisation of pipe coils.
Kermi x-net C12: high degree of flexibility when bending pipes
High flexibility allows tight bending radii and reduces the restoring forces in pipe elbows.
Kermi x-net pipe and pipe connection
Pipes and pipe connectors as defined in DIN 4726 and DIN EN ISO 15875 are tested and monitored regularly by an accredited independent testing institute.

Detail solutions - expansion joint profile 10/100

Kermi x-net C12: pipe passage cutout with x-net notching pliers
Pipe passages cut out with x-net notching pliers. Simple cut-out positioning thanks to printed grid markings in the grid dimension of the x-net C12 tacker insulation.
Kermi x-net C12: wide adhesive foot and lateral plastic reinforcement
Wider adhesive foot and lateral plastic reinforcement for vertical stability and straight-line positioning.
Kermi x-net C12: intersecting pipes are wrapped with the x-net adhesive pipe protection strips
To allow the necessary freedom of movement, crossed pipes are wrapped with x-net adhesive pipe protection strips.

Detail solutions - x-net tacker tool

Kermi x-net C12: slender, rounded supporting foot of the x-net tacker tool
The narrow, rounded supporting foot of the x-net tacker tool enables easy and secure setting of the pipe anchor on the tacker insulation.
Kermi x-net C12: transparent inspection flap on the eject shaft
The transparent inspection flap on the discharge shaft can be easily opened by hand.
Kermi x-net C12: 6 barbs of the pipe anchor ensure optimum hold close to the surface
The six barbs of the pipe anchor ensure optimal pipe retention near the surface on the tacker insulation. There are therefore only a few millimetres of room for movement, even under tensile load.

Detail solutions - x-net edge insulating strips H 160 mm

Kermi x-net C11: adhesive strips for fixing the x-net edge insulation strip (H 160 mm) to the wall
Adhesive strip for wall-fixing of x-net edge insulation strip H 160 mm. Height adjusted to the floor structure so that there is no adhesive residue visible in the wall area afterwards.
Kermi x-net C12: protective film of the x-net edge insulation strip H 160
The protective film on x-net edge insulating strip H 160 provides optimal sealing on the level tacker insulation.
Kermi x-net C11: multiple tear-off perforations
Multiple tear-off slits for fast tool-free cutting of the edge insulation strip without leaving marks on the wall plaster.

x-net® controls

Heating comfort at the press of a button.

Clever control for panel heating and cooling. This means the desired heating comfort can be set individually for every room. Clever control also means: Save cleverly. x-net control is available in two product lines, to precisely suit the particular requirements.

x-net® connect

Two problems – one solution.

Kermi does away with uncontrolled heat dissipation – with the x-net connect systems, heat is specifically guided past the screed in the area of the underfloor heating manifold to render an efficient and controlled heating operation possible. That way, major heat losses in this area can be prevented.

x-link® plus

The perfect connection between design radiator and underfloor heating.

The connection fitting with a white or chrome cover perfectly fits the 50 mm connection to the compact bathroom radiator.
