Stadtgarten Wellekamp in Wolfsburg’s central Hohenstein district is a tranquil idyll on the edge of the city center. Quiet and yet close to the city – located directly west of the center, in green surroundings, and within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of the city with all its possibilities.

As part of the construction project, four four-story apartment buildings were built with a total of 56 apartments for rent.
