Deggendorf has always been known as the gateway to the Bavarian Forest and lies in the middle of the most beautiful part of Bavaria. Since 1994, the city of Deggendorf has had a university which has developed over time into one of the most attractive universities in Germany. In order to provide the more than 5800 students with an infrastructure suitable for university life, ERL Immobiliengruppe built a student housing complex in Güterstraße.
Spread over three buildings, the 238 apartments are entirely designed to meet the needs of students. In addition, both the city center and the Institute of Technology are within a few minutes walking distance.
The student housing complex was fitted with Kermi shower enclosures from the NOVA 2000 product range which fit harmoniously with the character of the building.
