Demographic change has an impact on the age structure of the population and is changing the requirements for living space. The ERL Immobiliengruppe built a residential complex for assisted living in Karlsfeld near Munich in Prinzenpark West. It includes 252 senior citizen friendly apartments, including two to four-room apartments as well as condo units. The building as well as the outdoor facilities are designed to be fully accessible.
