The ERL Immobiliengruppe built 64 one and two-room apartments for Betreutes Wohnen in Deggendorf. The apartments and the bathrooms are designed to meet the special needs of the residents. The entire building as well as the outdoor facilities are designed to be fully accessible.
Kermi GmbH has also been working intensively on the subject of full accessibility. The building was fitted with off-floor shower enclosures from the LIGA product range. These fit perfectly into the concept of the residential complex and make everyday life easier for the residents without any trip hazards.
