The x-well D12 ventilation device is designed for decentralised ventilation of individual rooms in apartments. Due to its design without ventilation ducts, the x-well D12 is also ideal for renovations.
With the decentralised residental ventilation device Kermi x-well D12, the uncomplicated and quick installation of controlled residental ventilation is possible in every building.
