The x-well D12 ventilation device is designed for decentralised ventilation of individual rooms in apartments. Due to its design without ventilation ducts, the x-well D12 is also ideal for renovations.
With the decentralised residental ventilation device Kermi x-well D12, the uncomplicated and quick installation of controlled residental ventilation is possible in every building. Regardless of whether a detached house or a multi-storey building, whether a new-build or for a renovation - without complicated piping, the residents benefit from an improvement in air quality thanks to the x-well D12.
When renovating, the Kermi x-well D12 is installed in the walls using core drilling; for new-builds, an installation stone is included in the wall and ensures a low-noise exchange of used room air with fresh air from outdoors.
The integrated heat exchanger made of ceramic which heats up during the used air phase of the fan then after reversing the fan direction, transfers the saved energy to the outside air flowing in (alternating operating mode) and attains a heat recovery level of up to 91 %.
The x-well D12 residental ventilation device is fitted with a class G3 filter as standard; as an option, an electrostatically charged pollen filter is also available. With a sound pressure level of only 11-33 dB(A) (depending on the level), it is extremely low-noise while operating.
Installed retrospectively or planned right from the start. Kermi x-well particularly makes retrospective installation easy. During renovation, all the devices are positioned in the walls using simple core drilling. In a new-build, they can be installed directly into a special installation brick.
