No matter what the heat source – Kermi x-net home stations provide every apartment with hot, clean water and comfortable room temperatures via panel heating.

The home stations can be operated with all heat sources. Ideal for quick, uncomplicated installation: Specially developed innovative plug connections eliminate the annoyance of having to retighten internal screw connections. The new and innovative plug connection technology in combination with the high degree of pre-assembly of the whole station – including the underfloor heating manifold – significantly reduce installation times. The special panel embossing of the heat exchanger makes for highly efficient heat transfer. In addition to that, the pressure loss in the heat exchanger is around 30 % lower, saving an additional 5 % of pump energy. Thanks to the modular design, the separate components are promptly assembled and installed as the building project progresses. Soiling or loss of the individual components are minimised as a result. Perfectly matched components also reduce installation costs and avoid unnecessary energy losses.

x-net home station
For hygienic domestic water heating and efficient heat supply.
Kermi x-net home station for direct heating and hygienically safe hot water generation with a control valve and without the need for auxiliary energy in the flow system. Installed on a thermally insulated base plate for flush or surface mounting. Piping made of stainless steel, dezincification-free fittings, all connections inside the station established using innovative plug-in connectors. The station has two integrated adapters: one for the heat flowmeter and one for the cold water input meter. All fittings, screw connections, and components meet the water quality requirements of AGFW data sheet 510 (published by the German Energy Efficiency Association for Heating, Cooling and CHP) and of standard VDI 2035.
Thanks to the integrated TPC-M differential pressure controller, there is no longer any need for additional hydraulic balancing of the stations in relation to one another.

x-net home station control
Everything sorted with a single click. The x-net ready line and x-net ready line EGO control units create space for cable entry, save valuable time on the construction site, and – because they are already wired to the terminal strip – can be installed with a single click. With x-net ready line EGO, hydraulic balancing is completed in a flash as well. The optical function indicators in the terminal strips, actuators, and variable speed drives mean that function checks can be carried out seamlessly, allowing the work to be handed over and invoiced early on.

Fully wired 230 V flex 8R PU terminal strip with 230 V x-net actuators for installation on the manifold set of x-net home stations. The actuators are wired in the terminal strip in accordance with VDE requirements, coded to prevent mix-ups, and secured with strain relief. The LED function indicator on the terminal strip and the function and control indicators on the actuators allow you to check – quickly and safely – whether they are working properly.

x-net ready line EGO
Fully wired 230 V flex 8R PU terminal strip with 230 V x-net EGO variable speed drives for installation on the manifold set of Kermi x-net home stations. The variable speed drives are wired in the terminal strip in accordance with VDE requirements, coded to prevent mix-ups, and secured with strain relief. The LED function indicator on the terminal strip and the LED function and control indicators on the variable speed drives allow you to check – quickly and safely – whether they are working properly.
